[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋(song)(song)李翔,中共黨員(yuan),數創學(xue)院學(xue)工(gong)辦負責人。雖說是今年初從(cong)管(guan)理學(xue)院輪崗(gang)來到數創學(xue)院,但從(cong)進校伊始(shi),宋(song)(song)李翔已(yi)在學(xue)生管(guan)理工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤(qin)耕耘九個(ge)年頭,是學(xue)校學(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)伍(wu)中品格優秀、勤(qin)勉擔當、經驗豐富的中堅力量。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋(song)李翔老師(shi)工(gong)作(zuo)中敢于擔當(dang),身先士卒,高度自(zi)律。每(mei)天(tian)早(zao)(zao)上(shang)提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)(shi)(shi)趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)作(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦公室,關愛團隊成(cheng)員,注(zhu)重(zhong)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍內部建設,通(tong)過專題研討(tao)、團隊成(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、團隊活動等方式(shi)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營(ying)造出(chu)團結協作(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉獻的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次(ci)(ci)實地檢查新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)(zao)修情況,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)向新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)輔導員反饋早(zao)(zao)晚修情況。積極通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)(zuo)談(tan)等形(xing)式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想動態,及時(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解(jie)難。自(zi)開展(zhan)主(zhu)題教育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)以來,主(zhu)持學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)(zuo)談(tan)會2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人次(ci)(ci),宿舍(she)走訪4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)作(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)專業和培(pei)養特點,有(you)針對性(xing)的(de)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)活動,與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活動育(yu)人、文化育(yu)人理念落實到(dao)位。同時(shi)(shi)(shi)對學(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)(bu)放棄引(yin)導教育(yu),而(er)是(shi)通(tong)過嚴要求,敢碰硬的(de)態度與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)任(ren)、輔導員一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行(xing)后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬(ma)城不(bu)(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)作(zuo)團隊建設也(ye)不(bu)(bu)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有(you)通(tong)過嚴于律己的(de)作(zuo)風(feng)和正能量的(de)積極傳遞才能讓新(xin)時(shi)(shi)(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)建設與(yu)(yu)時(shi)(shi)(shi)俱進,勇往(wang)直前(qian)。
