宋李翔,中(zhong)共(gong)黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦負(fu)責人。雖說是今年初從(cong)管理(li)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪(lun)崗來到數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從(cong)進校伊始,宋李翔已在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理(li)工作崗位辛勤耕(geng)耘九個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊伍中(zhong)品格(ge)優秀、勤勉擔當、經(jing)驗豐(feng)富的中(zhong)堅力(li)量。
自(zi)“不忘(wang)初心,牢記使命”主題教育(yu)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展以來,宋李翔(xiang)積(ji)極響應校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)總支的號(hao)召,根據學(xue)(xue)校黨(dang)(dang)委和學(xue)(xue)院有(you)關“不忘(wang)初心,牢記使命”主題教育(yu)統(tong)一部(bu)署和安排,積(ji)極組織學(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支部(bu)的各(ge)項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署、共落實(shi),找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)建設(she)的重點,扎(zha)實(shi)推(tui)進各(ge)項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的開(kai)展,工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中以身(shen)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則、身(shen)先士卒、貼近學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際、貼近工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成長成才(cai),展現了學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支部(bu)書(shu)記應有(you)的風采(cai)。
“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔老(lao)師工作(zuo)中(zhong)敢于(yu)擔當,身(shen)先士(shi)卒,高(gao)度(du)自律(lv)。每天早(zao)上提(ti)前一(yi)個(ge)小(xiao)時(shi)趕到學(xue)(xue)校開始工作(zuo),下(xia)午最后一(yi)個(ge)離(li)開辦公室,關愛團隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建(jian)(jian)設,通(tong)過專題(ti)研(yan)討、團隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)員談(tan)(tan)心(xin)談(tan)(tan)話、團隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)等方式為學(xue)(xue)工辦營造出團結(jie)協(xie)作(zuo),拼(pin)搏奉(feng)獻(xian)的(de)工作(zuo)氛(fen)圍。每周2次實地(di)檢查新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修情況(kuang),及時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員反饋早(zao)晚(wan)修情況(kuang)。積極(ji)通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話、走訪(fang)宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代(dai)表座(zuo)談(tan)(tan)等形式傾聽(ting)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動(dong)(dong)態,及時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開展(zhan)主題(ti)教育(yu)(yu)工作(zuo)以來,主持學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)對(dui)一(yi)談(tan)(tan)話80人(ren)次,宿(su)舍走訪(fang)4次。工作(zuo)中(zhong)能(neng)根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和(he)培養特(te)點,有(you)針對(dui)性的(de)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成(cheng)一(yi)片,將活(huo)動(dong)(dong)育(yu)(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)(yu)人(ren)理念落實到位。同時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)業后進(jin)的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引導(dao)(dao)(dao)教育(yu)(yu),而是(shi)通(tong)過嚴要求,敢碰硬的(de)態度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔導(dao)(dao)(dao)員一(yi)起進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)教育(yu)(yu)引導(dao)(dao)(dao)。羅(luo)馬城不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)天建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)的(de),一(yi)流的(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作(zuo)團隊(dui)(dui)建(jian)(jian)設也不(bu)是(shi)一(yi)朝一(yi)夕,唯有(you)通(tong)過嚴于(yu)律(lv)己的(de)作(zuo)風和(he)正(zheng)能(neng)量的(de)積極(ji)傳(chuan)遞才(cai)能(neng)讓新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支部的(de)建(jian)(jian)設與(yu)時(shi)俱進(jin),勇往直前。
