[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔,中(zhong)共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦(ban)負責人。雖說是今年初從(cong)管理學(xue)(xue)(xue)院輪崗(gang)來(lai)到數創學(xue)(xue)(xue)院,但從(cong)進校(xiao)伊始(shi),宋李翔已在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管理工(gong)作崗(gang)位辛勤(qin)耕耘九個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍中(zhong)品格優(you)秀、勤(qin)勉擔(dan)當(dang)、經驗豐富的中(zhong)堅力量。

自“不忘(wang)初(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主題教育工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開(kai)展以(yi)來,宋(song)李翔積(ji)極響應(ying)校黨(dang)(dang)委和學院(yuan)(yuan)黨(dang)(dang)總(zong)支(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)號召,根(gen)據學校黨(dang)(dang)委和學院(yuan)(yuan)有關“不忘(wang)初(chu)心,牢(lao)記(ji)使命”主題教育統一部(bu)署和安排,積(ji)極組織學院(yuan)(yuan)學生(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)各項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)(dang)建工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與學生(sheng)日常工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同部(bu)署、共落實(shi),找準基層黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)建設的(de)(de)(de)重點(dian),扎實(shi)推進各項工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)展,工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中以(yi)身作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則、身先(xian)士卒(zu)、貼(tie)近(jin)學生(sheng)、貼(tie)近(jin)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際(ji)、貼(tie)近(jin)工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于學生(sheng)成長成才,展現了(le)學生(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)書記(ji)應(ying)有的(de)(de)(de)風(feng)采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

作為學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)書記(ji)(ji)(ji),宋李(li)翔深知(zhi)展(zhan)示支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)影響力(li)和(he)號召力(li),發(fa)揮團(tuan)結(jie)引(yin)領作用(yong),形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)磁場效(xiao)應在(zai)大(da)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)思想政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)重要性。因此,他主動(dong)與綜合(he)素(su)(su)養突(tu)出(chu)、具(ju)有較(jiao)強學(xue)(xue)業拼搏精神和(he)過硬政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)素(su)(su)養的(de)(de)(de)同學(xue)(xue)積極(ji)(ji)(ji)接觸,通過積極(ji)(ji)(ji)分子座談、發(fa)展(zhan)對(dui)(dui)象談話等形(xing)式將(jiang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)發(fa)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)這一學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)心(xin)工作落(luo)實到位。他時刻提醒積極(ji)(ji)(ji)分子、發(fa)展(zhan)對(dui)(dui)象和(he)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)處理(li)好日常學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)與做好黨(dang)(dang)(dang)組織(zhi)工作的(de)(de)(de)關系、政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)理(li)論學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)與主業課(ke)程(cheng)的(de)(de)(de)關系,使(shi)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)涌現出(chu)如梁家茵、溫(wen)嘉慶等綜合(he)素(su)(su)質突(tu)出(chu)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)。認真(zhen)貫(guan)徹落(luo)實黨(dang)(dang)(dang)中(zhong)央、廣東省委、深圳(zhen)市委和(he)校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委關于主題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)工作的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)項部(bu)(bu)署(shu),積極(ji)(ji)(ji)召集支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)全體師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)開展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)《習(xi)(xi)近(jin)平新(xin)時代(dai)中(zhong)國特色社(she)會主義思想學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)綱要》、習(xi)(xi)總書記(ji)(ji)(ji)關于主題(ti)(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)講(jiang)話和(he)中(zhong)央的(de)(de)(de)有關部(bu)(bu)署(shu)等教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)活動(dong)。在(zai)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)入(ru)學(xue)(xue)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)第(di)一時間開展(zhan)入(ru)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu),利用(yong)早(zao)晚(wan)修時間,組織(zhi)全體2019級新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)集中(zhong)觀看《我們走在(zai)大(da)路上》專題(ti)(ti)片,積極(ji)(ji)(ji)弘揚愛國熱情。認真(zhen)對(dui)(dui)照校黨(dang)(dang)(dang)委文(wen)件,嚴格(ge)規范學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)“三會一課(ke)”記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄,支(zhi)部(bu)(bu)會議記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄本(ben)被(bei)當成(cheng)(cheng)標桿記(ji)(ji)(ji)錄本(ben)在(zai)學(xue)(xue)院黨(dang)(dang)(dang)總支(zhi)內部(bu)(bu)進行傳閱學(xue)(xue)習(xi)(xi)。宋李(li)翔努力(li)為師生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)排(pai)憂(you)解難,積極(ji)(ji)(ji)解答(da)新(xin)發(fa)展(zhan)教(jiao)(jiao)工黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)在(zai)發(fa)展(zhan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)疑惑(huo)和(he)困難,利用(yong)暑假主動(dong)為畢(bi)業生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)聯系組織(zhi)關系轉移單位,耐(nai)心(xin)解答(da)畢(bi)業生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)種(zhong)問題(ti)(ti),大(da)力(li)協助畢(bi)業生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)完成(cheng)(cheng)組織(zhi)關系轉移,深受畢(bi)業生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)(dang)(dang)員(yuan)(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)好評(ping)。

“勤”字當勉 打造一流學生工作團隊任重道遠

宋(song)李翔(xiang)老師工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)敢于(yu)擔當(dang),身先士(shi)卒,高度自律。每天早上提前(qian)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)(kai)始工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下(xia)午最后(hou)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開(kai)(kai)辦(ban)(ban)公室,關愛團(tuan)(tuan)隊成員(yuan),注(zhu)重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍內部建設,通(tong)過(guo)(guo)專(zhuan)題研討、團(tuan)(tuan)隊成員(yuan)談(tan)(tan)心談(tan)(tan)話、團(tuan)(tuan)隊活(huo)動(dong)(dong)等(deng)方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)(ban)營造出(chu)團(tuan)(tuan)結協(xie)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每周2次(ci)實(shi)地檢(jian)查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早修(xiu)情(qing)況,及(ji)時向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導員(yuan)反饋早晚修(xiu)情(qing)況。積(ji)極通(tong)過(guo)(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話、走訪(fang)宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)(tan)等(deng)形式傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲(sheng)音,了解(jie)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動(dong)(dong)態(tai),及(ji)時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排(pai)憂解(jie)難。自開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)主題教育(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以來(lai),主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)(tan)話80人次(ci),宿舍走訪(fang)4次(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中(zhong)(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專(zhuan)業和(he)(he)培養特點,有針對(dui)性(xing)的(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活(huo)動(dong)(dong)育(yu)(yu)人、文化育(yu)(yu)人理念落實(shi)到位。同(tong)時對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后(hou)進(jin)(jin)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不(bu)放棄引(yin)導教育(yu)(yu),而是通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬(ying)的(de)(de)態(tai)度與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主任、輔(fu)導員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進(jin)(jin)行后(hou)進(jin)(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)引(yin)導。羅馬城不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)(tuan)隊建設也不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕(xi),唯有通(tong)過(guo)(guo)嚴于(yu)律己的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和(he)(he)正能量的(de)(de)積(ji)極傳遞才能讓(rang)新時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部的(de)(de)建設與時俱進(jin)(jin),勇往直前(qian)。
