圖書特(te)有的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化底(di)蘊和文(wen)(wen)(wen)化地位,對(dui)整個社(she)會(hui)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化大(da)發(fa)展,甚(shen)而對(dui)經濟、科研、社(she)會(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等方面的進步起著(zhu)舉足輕重(zhong)(zhong)的作(zuo)用。圖書館(guan)作(zuo)為古(gu)今中外最重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)的藏書場所、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化天地,肩負著(zhu)特(te)別的文(wen)(wen)(wen)化使命和任務(wu)。高校圖書館(guan)在為教學科研服務(wu)的同時,更(geng)有著(zhu)直接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化育人的重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)使命。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培(pei)養“復合式創新(xin)(xin)(xin)型高(gao)素(su)質高(gao)技能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是新(xin)(xin)(xin)時期對職業院校(xiao)提出的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)要求,符合市場對新(xin)(xin)(xin)型技能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)變化(hua),也(ye)(ye)切合技能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)未來發展(zhan)的(de)方向。全(quan)面(mian)推進(jin)“文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)、復合育人(ren)、協同育人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養模式改革,對職業院校(xiao)的(de)發展(zhan)與教育教學(xue)提出了新(xin)(xin)(xin)的(de)挑戰,也(ye)(ye)說明了新(xin)(xin)(xin)型技能人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)育的(de)復雜性(xing)。作為傳統(tong)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)主體部門(men)、教學(xue)輔助單位,圖書館理當主動參與到文(wen)化(hua)育人(ren)工作中(zhong)。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)”的(de)人(ren)才培養理念,一方(fang)面(mian)要求(qiu)圖書文化(hua)(hua)升華拓(tuo)展,衍進到書香文化(hua)(hua),進而推(tui)動書香校園,促進校園文化(hua)(hua)大發展,另(ling)一方(fang)面(mian)也從文化(hua)(hua)建(jian)設的(de)角(jiao)度對圖書館的(de)具體(ti)工作提出了新的(de)要求(qiu)。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯(hang)實(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)根(gen)基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)圖書館永恒(heng)的主題(ti)(ti),今后應有(you)三個轉變(bian),一(yi)是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)內涵(han),二是(shi)要優化(hua)結構,三是(shi)重點抓(zhua)好特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設。圖書資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設實(shi)則(ze)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是(shi)書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)與校(xiao)園文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)發展的基(ji)礎(chu)。為形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的針對(dui)性、有(you)效(xiao)性與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)特(te)色(se),應進(jin)一(yi)步與學校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加(jia)強(qiang)合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,加(jia)強(qiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如職業(ye)素養、地(di)方(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)的收(shou)藏,一(yi)旦形(xing)(xing)成規模,就進(jin)行(xing)歸納整理,集(ji)中收(shou)藏,建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)庫(ku)。日常(chang)采購(gou)中,應有(you)意識地(di)進(jin)行(xing)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采購(gou),形(xing)(xing)成特(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)藏書。也可發揮博物館功能,收(shou)集(ji)地(di)方(fang)(fang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接受(shou)私人專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏品,形(xing)(xing)成專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數據庫(ku)或(huo)特(te)藏室。
2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)館是服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機(ji)構,傳統圖(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較簡單,而現代圖(tu)書(shu)館的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應(ying)更(geng)注重文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性(xing),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響師(shi)生(sheng),通(tong)過(guo)(guo)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵(jian)要做(zuo)到服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)建立(li)一套基(ji)本的(de)(de)能滿足讀(du)者需求的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在(zai)此基(ji)礎上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻信息的(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)性(xing)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足教師(shi)或重點團隊在(zai)縱(zong)深層次(ci)的(de)(de)教學科研活動中對(dui)文(wen)獻信息的(de)(de)個(ge)(ge)性(xing)需求,其(qi)次(ci)要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方(fang)法上下功夫,引進新技術讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如微博、短(duan)信、聊(liao)天群、手機(ji)圖(tu)書(shu)館、虛擬圖(tu)書(shu)館等,促進與讀(du)者的(de)(de)信息交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣開文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動——拓寬(kuan)(kuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)最重要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)聚集之地。面向(xiang)未(wei)來(lai),我們提(ti)出(chu)除了要(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資源(yuan)信息中(zhong)(zhong)心之外,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)習交流中(zhong)(zhong)心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動中(zhong)(zhong)心和宣傳教(jiao)育中(zhong)(zhong)心,實(shi)現由傳統大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流、現代、新型大(da)學(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉型。這(zhe)種轉型實(shi)際上賦予(yu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不(bu)斷拓寬(kuan)(kuan)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動平臺,成為學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育人的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好(hao)常規服(fu)務的(de)(de)同(tong)時,大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介(jie)、閱讀沙(sha)龍、專(zhuan)題講座(zuo)、書(shu)(shu)評(ping)競(jing)賽和技能比賽等,保持(chi)了館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有(you)新的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)展示(shi)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動的(de)(de)頻率,通過教(jiao)師的(de)(de)讀書(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂部與學(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)讀者協會,與師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)建立了廣泛的(de)(de)聯(lian)系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)不(bu)斷把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)內各(ge)類(lei)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)活動搞好(hao)搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入(ru)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),并且走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門,配(pei)合(he)教(jiao)學(xue)活動或(huo)師生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)專(zhuan)題活動,開展書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務。
