[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)特有的(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)底蘊和文化(hua)(hua)(hua)地(di)位,對整(zheng)個社(she)會(hui)的(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)發展,甚而對經濟、科研、社(she)會(hui)文明等方面(mian)的(de)(de)進步起著(zhu)(zhu)舉足輕重的(de)(de)作用(yong)。圖書(shu)館作為(wei)(wei)古今中外最重要的(de)(de)藏書(shu)場(chang)所、文化(hua)(hua)(hua)天地(di),肩負著(zhu)(zhu)特別的(de)(de)文化(hua)(hua)(hua)使(shi)命和任務(wu)。高校(xiao)圖書(shu)館在(zai)為(wei)(wei)教學科研服務(wu)的(de)(de)同時,更有著(zhu)(zhu)直(zhi)接(jie)參與文化(hua)(hua)(hua)育人的(de)(de)重要使(shi)命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培(pei)養(yang)“復(fu)合(he)式(shi)創新(xin)型(xing)高素質高技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)”,是(shi)新(xin)時(shi)期(qi)對(dui)(dui)(dui)職業院校(xiao)提出的(de)新(xin)要(yao)求(qiu),符合(he)市場對(dui)(dui)(dui)新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)的(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)未來發展的(de)方(fang)向(xiang)。全面推(tui)進(jin)“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)、復(fu)合(he)育(yu)人(ren)、協(xie)同育(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)養(yang)模式(shi)改革,對(dui)(dui)(dui)職業院校(xiao)的(de)發展與教育(yu)教學(xue)提出了(le)新(xin)的(de)挑(tiao)戰,也說(shuo)明(ming)了(le)新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)育(yu)的(de)復(fu)雜性。作為(wei)傳統的(de)文化(hua)主(zhu)體部(bu)門(men)、教學(xue)輔(fu)助單位(wei),圖書(shu)館(guan)理當主(zhu)動參與到文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)工作中。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深入落實“文(wen)化育人(ren)”的人(ren)才培(pei)養理念,一方(fang)面(mian)要求圖書文(wen)化升(sheng)華(hua)拓(tuo)展,衍進到書香文(wen)化,進而推動書香校(xiao)園(yuan),促進校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化大發展,另一方(fang)面(mian)也從(cong)文(wen)化建設的角度對圖書館的具(ju)體工作(zuo)提(ti)出了新的要求。

  1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)——夯實文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)是圖(tu)書館永恒的(de)(de)主題(ti),今后應有(you)三個轉變,一是重(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要(yao)優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三是重(zhong)點抓好特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)。圖(tu)書資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she)實則是文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she),是書香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)(de)基礎。為形成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)的(de)(de)針對(dui)性、有(you)效(xiao)性與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特色,應進(jin)一步與(yu)學校(xiao)各(ge)部(bu)門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加強(qiang)合作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)、特色資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)建(jian)設(she),加強(qiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)如職(zhi)業素養、地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)收藏,一旦形成規模(mo),就進(jin)行(xing)歸(gui)納整理,集(ji)中收藏,建(jian)立專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)庫。日常采購中,應有(you)意識(shi)地(di)進(jin)行(xing)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)采購,形成特色文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書。也(ye)可發揮博(bo)物(wu)館功(gong)能(neng),收集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物(wu)質(zhi)遺產,接受私人(ren)專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)藏品(pin),形成專(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)數據(ju)庫或(huo)特藏室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服務(wu)(wu)(wu)機構,傳(chuan)統圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)比(bi)較(jiao)簡單,而現代(dai)圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)注重文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過(guo)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通過(guo)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)來育(yu)人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)做到服務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立(li)一套(tao)基本的(de)(de)(de)能滿足(zu)讀(du)(du)者需(xu)(xu)求的(de)(de)(de)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此基礎(chu)上(shang),要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿足(zu)教師或重點團隊在(zai)縱深層(ceng)次的(de)(de)(de)教學科研(yan)活動(dong)中(zhong)對文(wen)獻(xian)信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)個性需(xu)(xu)求,其次要(yao)在(zai)服務(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服務(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法(fa)上(shang)下(xia)功夫,引進新技術讓服務(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率(lv)更(geng)高,服務(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)廣,如(ru)微(wei)博(bo)、短信(xin)、聊天群(qun)、手機圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛(xu)擬圖(tu)書(shu)館(guan)(guan)等(deng),促進與讀(du)(du)者的(de)(de)(de)信(xin)息交流,文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。

  3、廣(guang)開(kai)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)——拓寬(kuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)平臺(tai)。圖書(shu)(shu)館是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)園師(shi)生最重要(yao)的(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地(di)。面(mian)向未來,我們提(ti)出(chu)除(chu)了要(yao)把圖書(shu)(shu)館建(jian)(jian)成資源信息中(zhong)心(xin)之(zhi)外(wai),還要(yao)建(jian)(jian)成學習交(jiao)流中(zhong)心(xin)、文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)中(zhong)心(xin)和(he)宣傳教育中(zhong)心(xin),實現由傳統大(da)學圖書(shu)(shu)館向一(yi)流、現代、新型大(da)學圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)轉型。這(zhe)種轉型實際上賦予圖書(shu)(shu)館更(geng)多的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)功能,不斷拓寬(kuan)圖書(shu)(shu)館的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)平臺(tai),成為學校(xiao)(xiao)育人的(de)(de)重要(yao)渠道。近年來,圖書(shu)(shu)館在做(zuo)好常規服務的(de)(de)同時,大(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展覽、館藏推(tui)介、閱(yue)讀(du)沙龍、專題講(jiang)座、書(shu)(shu)評(ping)競(jing)賽和(he)技能比賽等(deng),保持了館內(nei)每月有新的(de)(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)展示(shi)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)的(de)(de)頻率(lv),通過(guo)教師(shi)的(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)(yu)學生的(de)(de)讀(du)者協(xie)會,與(yu)(yu)師(shi)生建(jian)(jian)立(li)了廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)聯(lian)系(xi)。以后,圖書(shu)(shu)館要(yao)不斷把館內(nei)各類文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)搞(gao)好搞(gao)精彩,還要(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館舍(she),深入校(xiao)(xiao)園,并且(qie)走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門(men),配合教學活(huo)(huo)動(dong)或師(shi)生的(de)(de)專題活(huo)(huo)動(dong),開(kai)展書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服務。

  協同創新共同推進圖書文化育人工作
