技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落(luo)實“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人”的(de)(de)人才培養理念,一方面(mian)要求圖書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)升華拓展,衍進到(dao)書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua),進而(er)推動書(shu)香校園,促(cu)進校園文(wen)化(hua)大發展,另一方面(mian)也從文(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)(de)角(jiao)度對圖書(shu)館的(de)(de)具體工作提出(chu)了新的(de)(de)要求。
1、豐(feng)富(fu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)是(shi)(shi)圖書(shu)(shu)館永恒(heng)的(de)主題(ti)(ti)(ti),今后應有三(san)個(ge)轉(zhuan)變(bian),一(yi)是(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是(shi)(shi)重點(dian)抓好特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)。圖書(shu)(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she)實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she),是(shi)(shi)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)與校園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性(xing)、有效性(xing)與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)特色(se),應進一(yi)步與學校各(ge)部門及校外單位合(he)作(zuo),加(jia)(jia)強合(he)作(zuo)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特色(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設(she)(she),加(jia)(jia)強文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)如(ru)職(zhi)業(ye)素養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏,一(yi)旦形(xing)成(cheng)規模,就(jiu)進行歸納整理,集(ji)中(zhong)收藏,建立專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)庫。日常采(cai)(cai)購中(zhong),應有意識(shi)地(di)進行專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)采(cai)(cai)購,形(xing)成(cheng)特色(se)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)藏書(shu)(shu)。也可發(fa)揮博物館功能(neng),收集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物質(zhi)遺產,接受私人專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)藏品(pin),形(xing)成(cheng)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)數據(ju)庫或(huo)特藏室。
