[理念創新] 圖書文化到書香校園再到文化育人

  圖書(shu)(shu)特有的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)底蘊和(he)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)地(di)位,對(dui)整個(ge)社會的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展,甚而對(dui)經(jing)濟、科研、社會文(wen)(wen)明等方面的(de)(de)進步(bu)起著舉足輕重的(de)(de)作用。圖書(shu)(shu)館作為古今中外最重要(yao)的(de)(de)藏書(shu)(shu)場所、文(wen)(wen)化(hua)天地(di),肩負著特別的(de)(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)使命和(he)任務(wu)。高校(xiao)圖書(shu)(shu)館在為教學科研服(fu)務(wu)的(de)(de)同(tong)時,更有著直接參與文(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人的(de)(de)重要(yao)使命。

  技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

  培養“復(fu)合(he)式(shi)創新型高(gao)素質高(gao)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)”,是(shi)新時(shi)期對(dui)(dui)職業院校提出(chu)的(de)(de)新要求,符(fu)合(he)市(shi)場對(dui)(dui)新型技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)的(de)(de)新變化,也切合(he)技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)未來發(fa)展的(de)(de)方向。全面推進“文化育人(ren)、復(fu)合(he)育人(ren)、協同育人(ren)”人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培養模(mo)式(shi)改革(ge),對(dui)(dui)職業院校的(de)(de)發(fa)展與(yu)教育教學(xue)提出(chu)了新的(de)(de)挑戰(zhan),也說(shuo)明了新型技(ji)(ji)能(neng)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)(cai)培育的(de)(de)復(fu)雜(za)性。作(zuo)為傳統的(de)(de)文化主(zhu)體部(bu)門、教學(xue)輔助單(dan)位,圖書館(guan)理當主(zhu)動參與(yu)到文化育人(ren)工作(zuo)中。

  從單一的(de)專業要(yao)(yao)求到(dao)(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)科或專業群要(yao)(yao)求,從適應(ying)崗位到(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)創(chuang)新(xin),從“工(gong)(gong)具(ju)”人(ren)(ren)到(dao)(dao)以人(ren)(ren)為本(ben)綜合發展,現代技能人(ren)(ren)才的(de)理(li)念與(yu)(yu)定(ding)(ding)位有根(gen)本(ben)性轉(zhuan)變,對高校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)而(er)言(yan),自身定(ding)(ding)位與(yu)(yu)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)責任(ren)必須進行(xing)變革(ge)。第一,努力(li)拓展圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)內(nei)涵,必須要(yao)(yao)跳出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)看到(dao)(dao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),創(chuang)新(xin)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)華(hua)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)要(yao)(yao)以育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)為中(zhong)心(xin)開展資源(yuan)建設(she)(she)和(he)服(fu)務提(ti)升(sheng),依復合型(xing)、創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)要(yao)(yao)求來采購(gou)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)、完(wan)善(shan)閱(yue)讀環境,開展多(duo)層次的(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)務,更要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan),參(can)與(yu)(yu)到(dao)(dao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)第一線。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)可以全程介入(ru)教與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)的(de)整個過(guo)程,從而(er)在(zai)實踐中(zhong)使(shi)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)轉(zhuan)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),擴大(da)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)內(nei)涵與(yu)(yu)外延(yan),著力(li)推動(dong)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)大(da)發展。第二,著力(li)打造(zao)(zao)新(xin)型(xing)的(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)。文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)展開,不(bu)僅是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養課程的(de)開設(she)(she)問題,更重要(yao)(yao)的(de)是(shi)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)大(da)環境與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)新(xin)渠道(dao)的(de)建設(she)(she)問題,推進書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)建設(she)(she),是(shi)一個重要(yao)(yao)的(de)切(qie)入(ru)點。要(yao)(yao)讓(rang)(rang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生愛書(shu)(shu)(shu)、看書(shu)(shu)(shu)、戀書(shu)(shu)(shu),讓(rang)(rang)書(shu)(shu)(shu)之香(xiang)(xiang)彌漫(man)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),使(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)人(ren)(ren)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)氣息(xi)濃郁(yu)。第三(san),不(bu)斷放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)的(de)功能。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)與(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)十分重要(yao)(yao),書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)是(shi)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)重要(yao)(yao)部分。在(zai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)建設(she)(she)中(zhong),應(ying)該根(gen)據時代需要(yao)(yao)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)特(te)色,組織各方(fang)面(mian)的(de)力(li)量,從不(bu)同角(jiao)度完(wan)善(shan)、充實、放大(da)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)功能。要(yao)(yao)將教學(xue)(xue)(xue)、研究、社(she)會服(fu)務、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生全面(mian)成長相結(jie)合,激(ji)勵教師(shi)投身于文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)創(chuang)新(xin)創(chuang)造(zao)(zao)中(zhong)來。抓住德(de)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)主線,用不(bu)同形(xing)式和(he)方(fang)法提(ti)高學(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)社(she)會公德(de)、職業道(dao)德(de)與(yu)(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品德(de)。要(yao)(yao)把文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)凝(ning)聚上升(sheng)到(dao)(dao)大(da)學(xue)(xue)(xue)精神,以文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)為基礎,逐步形(xing)成學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)獨有的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)品牌、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)色、文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)風格與(yu)(yu)精神內(nei)核,塑造(zao)(zao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生,提(ti)升(sheng)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生文(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)素養。

  文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰

  深(shen)入(ru)落實“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人(ren)”的人(ren)才培養理(li)念(nian),一方面要求(qiu)圖(tu)書(shu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)升華(hua)拓展,衍(yan)進到(dao)書(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua),進而推動書(shu)香校(xiao)園(yuan),促(cu)進校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展,另一方面也從(cong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)建設(she)的角度對(dui)圖(tu)書(shu)館的具體工(gong)作提出了新(xin)的要求(qiu)。

  1、豐(feng)富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯(hang)實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設是(shi)(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書館永恒的(de)主(zhu)題(ti)(ti),今后應(ying)有(you)三個轉變,一(yi)是(shi)(shi)(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)(shi)重點(dian)抓(zhua)好(hao)特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設。圖(tu)書資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設實則是(shi)(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,是(shi)(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)與(yu)校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基礎(chu)。為(wei)形成資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針對性(xing)、有(you)效性(xing)與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)特(te)色(se),應(ying)進一(yi)步與(yu)學校(xiao)(xiao)各部門(men)及校(xiao)(xiao)外單位合(he)作,加強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建(jian)(jian)設,加強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如(ru)職業素養、地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏,一(yi)旦(dan)形成規(gui)模,就進行歸納(na)整理(li),集中收藏,建(jian)(jian)立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫。日常采(cai)購中,應(ying)有(you)意識地進行專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采(cai)購,形成特(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)藏書。也可發(fa)揮(hui)博(bo)物館功能,收集地方(fang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非(fei)物質遺產(chan),接(jie)受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏品(pin),形成專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數據(ju)庫或特(te)藏室。

  2、優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力。圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳統圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)應(ying)更注(zhu)重文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)影響師生,通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人。優化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)關(guan)鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)多樣(yang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應(ying)建立一套(tao)基(ji)本(ben)的(de)(de)(de)(de)能(neng)滿足讀者需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)體系,在(zai)此基(ji)礎(chu)上,要強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業圖書(shu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu),滿足教師或重點團(tuan)隊在(zai)縱深層次的(de)(de)(de)(de)教學(xue)科研活(huo)動(dong)中對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)(de)(de)(de)個(ge)性需(xu)求(qiu),其次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引(yin)進新(xin)技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)效率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如(ru)微博(bo)、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)、虛擬圖書(shu)館(guan)(guan)等,促進與讀者的(de)(de)(de)(de)信(xin)息交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。

  3、廣開文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan)師生最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)聚集之(zhi)地。面向未來,我們提(ti)出(chu)除了(le)要(yao)(yao)把(ba)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)建成資(zi)源信息(xi)中(zhong)心之(zhi)外,還要(yao)(yao)建成學(xue)習交(jiao)流中(zhong)心、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)中(zhong)心和宣(xuan)傳教育(yu)中(zhong)心,實(shi)(shi)現由(you)傳統大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)向一流、現代、新(xin)型大學(xue)圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)轉型。這種轉型實(shi)(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)更多的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)功(gong)能(neng),不斷拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)平臺,成為學(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)育(yu)人(ren)的(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠(qu)道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)在做好常(chang)規服務的(de)同時,大量舉辦(ban)主題(ti)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)評競賽(sai)和技能(neng)比賽(sai)等,保持(chi)了(le)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內每月有新(xin)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)的(de)頻率,通(tong)過教師的(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)俱樂部與(yu)學(xue)生的(de)讀(du)者協會,與(yu)師生建立了(le)廣泛的(de)聯(lian)系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷把(ba)館(guan)(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走(zou)出(chu)館(guan)(guan)(guan)舍,深入校(xiao)(xiao)園(yuan),并且走(zou)出(chu)校(xiao)(xiao)門,配合教學(xue)活動(dong)或(huo)師生的(de)專題(ti)活動(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)香文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)服務。
