為深(shen)入推進學校數字化轉型,高質量落(luo)實(shi)好“雙高”建設(she)(she)各(ge)項(xiang)任務,6月28日,深(shen)圳職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)學院舉行黨(dang)委理論(lun)學習(xi)中(zhong)心組(zu)(擴大)學習(xi)會(hui),特別邀(yao)請全(quan)(quan)(quan)國政協委員(yuan)、中(zhong)國職(zhi)業(ye)技(ji)(ji)術(shu)教(jiao)育(yu)學會(hui)會(hui)長、教(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)原副(fu)部(bu)長魯昕在京聯(lian)線(xian),作(zuo)題為《人工智(zhi)能與經濟學:“雙高”建設(she)(she)全(quan)(quan)(quan)新領(ling)域(yu)的全(quan)(quan)(quan)面建設(she)(she)》專(zhuan)題報告。會(hui)議由校黨(dang)委書(shu)記、校長楊欣斌主持。

習近平(ping)總(zong)書(shu)記高度重視人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展(zhan),認(ren)為“人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)是引領新(xin)一輪科技革(ge)(ge)命和(he)(he)產(chan)業(ye)變革(ge)(ge)的重要(yao)驅動(dong)力(li)”,“把(ba)握全球人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)發(fa)展(zhan)態勢,找準(zhun)突破口和(he)(he)主攻方向,培(pei)養大(da)批具有(you)創新(xin)能(neng)(neng)力(li)和(he)(he)合作精(jing)神的人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)高端人(ren)(ren)才是教育的重要(yao)使命”。

魯昕(xin)列舉了人(ren)(ren)社部發布(bu)的數字(zi)經濟背景(jing)下市場需求(qiu)迫切的39個(ge)新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye),通過分(fen)析新(xin)(xin)職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知(zhi)識、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)能,突顯(xian)出(chu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作場景(jing)變化對“雙高”專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)建設提出(chu)的要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。最后,魯昕(xin)通過對工(gong)(gong)(gong)信部人(ren)(ren)才交流中(zhong)心(xin)發布(bu)的《工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才崗位(wei)能力(li)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)》分(fen)析,展示了工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)互聯網產(chan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗位(wei)的4項能力(li)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),系統(tong)總結(jie)了人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)智能發展對高等教育動手能力(li)數字(zi)化和實(shi)訓基(ji)地虛擬(ni)化轉型的呼喚(huan)。

魯昕希望,在“雙區(qu)”建設的背(bei)景(jing)下,“雙高(gao)”建設的過(guo)程(cheng)中,深職院作為(wei)“雙高(gao)”中的“雙高(gao)”,要充分探討如(ru)何在粵(yue)港澳大灣區(qu)的政策(ce)環境、在新(xin)(xin)(xin)一(yi)代信息技(ji)術的創新(xin)(xin)(xin)文化(hua)、在深職院的工科特色中發(fa)揮積極作用,構(gou)(gou)建新(xin)(xin)(xin)知識(shi)體系,構(gou)(gou)建新(xin)(xin)(xin)課程(cheng)體系,顛覆專(zhuan)業結(jie)構(gou)(gou),培養復合性人才,成為(wei)名副其實的世界一(yi)流職業技(ji)術學院。

楊欣(xin)斌在(zai)總結(jie)中表(biao)示(shi),魯(lu)昕(xin)會長的(de)(de)報告站(zhan)位(wei)高(gao)(gao)遠(yuan)、視野(ye)開闊,理論(lun)深(shen)厚、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮明、素材豐富,聚焦問題、貼近實(shi)(shi)際,特別(bie)是結(jie)合我(wo)校(xiao)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設、專業設置和產教(jiao)融合的(de)(de)情況提出具(ju)體的(de)(de)指導(dao)意(yi)見(jian),對于推(tui)動學校(xiao)數字化(hua)轉型,落實(shi)(shi)好“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設,科(ke)學謀劃“十四五”期間(jian)的(de)(de)思路和舉措,具(ju)有重要(yao)的(de)(de)指導(dao)意(yi)義(yi)。楊欣(xin)斌要(yao)求各單位(wei)深(shen)刻(ke)領(ling)會、深(shen)入研究魯(lu)昕(xin)會長的(de)(de)報告精神,結(jie)合實(shi)(shi)際抓好貫徹落實(shi)(shi),努力(li)在(zai)“雙高(gao)(gao)”建設中走在(zai)前(qian)列,爭當職業教(jiao)育創(chuang)新發(fa)展的(de)(de)先(xian)行者。

整場報告(gao)歷時(shi)兩個半(ban)小時(shi),全(quan)校(xiao)共300余人參加學(xue)(xue)習,其中,全(quan)體(ti)專業主任、教(jiao)研(yan)室(shi)主任、實訓室(shi)主任在會(hui)場進行(xing)集中學(xue)(xue)習;全(quan)體(ti)校(xiao)領導、黨委委員,全(quan)體(ti)中層(ceng)干部通過騰訊會(hui)議系統(tong)進行(xing)線上學(xue)(xue)習。
