我校舉辦全國職業院校勞動教育導師研修班

為(wei)深入貫徹德(de)智體美勞(lao)(lao)全面發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)黨的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)方(fang)針,全面落實(shi)《中(zhong)共中(zhong)央 國(guo)務院關于全面加(jia)強新時(shi)代大(da)中(zhong)小學勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)(de)意見》精神(shen),大(da)力提升(sheng)高(gao)等職業(ye)院校(xiao)學生勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)素養,形(xing)成(cheng)體現時(shi)代要求、符合育(yu)(yu)人規(gui)律、彰顯高(gao)職院校(xiao)特色的(de)(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)(yu)體系,8月(yue)25日(ri)至(zhi)8月(yue)28日(ri),由我校(xiao)和中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)關系學院勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)心主辦、創想(xiang)家科技教育(yu)(yu)(深圳(zhen))有限公(gong)司協辦的(de)(de)(de)2020年(nian)全國(guo)職業(ye)院校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育(yu)(yu)導師研修班(中(zhong)級),在線上會(hui)議平臺成(cheng)功(gong)舉(ju)辦。

為優化勞動教(jiao)育(yu)師資供給(gei),本次教(jiao)師培訓(xun)除了(le)邀請(qing)(qing)勞動教(jiao)育(yu)領(ling)域(yu)相關知名學者(zhe)外,基(ji)于勞動教(jiao)育(yu)本身(shen)特(te)質(zhi),還邀請(qing)(qing)了(le)企業(ye)代(dai)表擔任課(ke)(ke)程授課(ke)(ke)講師。共有來自(zi)廣(guang)東、廣(guang)西、貴州、湖南、江(jiang)(jiang)蘇、內(nei)蒙(meng)古、陜西、浙江(jiang)(jiang)等(deng)14所職業(ye)院校(xiao)近30名老師參加培訓(xun)。

 培訓期間,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)員(yuan)們分別觀(guan)摩了中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)劉麗紅(hong)副(fu)校(xiao)長、我(wo)校(xiao)人(ren)(ren)(ren)文學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)張克副(fu)院(yuan)(yuan)長、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)黨印(yin)副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、中(zhong)國(guo)美(mei)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)杜銘秋副(fu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、優必選(xuan)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)研負責人(ren)(ren)(ren)郭子(zi)琦、中(zhong)國(guo)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)關系學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)李珂(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授、廣東海涵(han)律(lv)師(shi)(shi)事務所主(zhu)任律(lv)師(shi)(shi)吳小(xiao)波主(zhu)講的(de)(de)“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)歷史演變、政策(ce)解讀(du)與(yu)趨勢”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)職(zhi)責與(yu)倫理(li)——如何(he)更(geng)(geng)好的(de)(de)理(li)解體面勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)導(dao)師(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)素質能(neng)力提升(sheng)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)課程設(she)計(ji)——臺(tai)灣勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)發展與(yu)實踐”“人(ren)(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)時代下(xia)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”“職(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與(yu)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)融合(he)機制”“勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)中(zhong)的(de)(de)安全風險與(yu)應(ying)(ying)對政策(ce)”七堂(tang)課。專家(jia)們表示,隨著勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關政策(ce)的(de)(de)進一步推動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)將更(geng)(geng)加專業(ye)(ye)(ye)化且惠及(ji)更(geng)(geng)多(duo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng),勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資(zi)則面臨極大的(de)(de)挑(tiao)戰。從長遠來看(kan),應(ying)(ying)開(kai)設(she)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)相(xiang)關專業(ye)(ye)(ye),培養(yang)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)專業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才。短期內,應(ying)(ying)根據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)目前師(shi)(shi)資(zi)情(qing)況采取多(duo)種(zhong)措施,建立專兼職(zhi)相(xiang)結(jie)合(he)的(de)(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)師(shi)(shi)資(zi)隊伍。

同(tong)時,為深入了(le)解(jie)目前高職院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞動(dong)教育(yu)開(kai)展(zhan)情況,今年3月,我校(xiao)聯合創想家教育(yu)科(ke)技(深圳)有限公司,對覆蓋生源地30個(ge)省、自(zi)治(zhi)區(qu)、直轄市的學生及(ji)來自(zi)全國(guo)14所(suo)高職院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)的老師開(kai)展(zhan)《全國(guo)高職院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)勞動(dong)教育(yu)現(xian)狀調查報告(gao)藍皮書》專(zhuan)項問(wen)卷(juan)(juan)調研。經(jing)過5個(ge)月的立項、調研論(lun)證(zheng)、問(wen)卷(juan)(juan)發放(fang)及(ji)回收(shou)、電話訪(fang)談記錄、數據清洗與甄(zhen)別等,共回收(shou)有效教師問(wen)卷(juan)(juan)221份,學生問(wen)卷(juan)(juan)2101份,教師訪(fang)談記錄25份。

調研專家組成員(yuan)范苗(miao)就調研報(bao)告中(zhong)學(xue)生素(su)養現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)、目前勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問題、師資(zi)建設現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問題、勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)實習實訓相結合的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問題、勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)校園文化(hua)建設相結合的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問題、勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)與(yu)社會服務相結合的(de)現(xian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)及(ji)問題等(deng)內容(rong)進行(xing)分享,讓研修班的(de)學(xue)員(yuan)們從數據中(zhong)更科學(xue)更全面的(de)了解(jie)目前勞(lao)(lao)動教(jiao)育(yu)在高(gao)職(zhi)院校中(zhong)開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)情況。

研修班(ban)4天的(de)課程(cheng)涵蓋勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育理(li)論(lun)知識、相關(guan)政策導讀、實際課程(cheng)案例分析、勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)相關(guan)法律知識普及、人工(gong)智能下(xia)(xia)的(de)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育等多個方面,最(zui)后以電子(zi)考(kao)卷(juan)的(de)形式對(dui)學(xue)員(yuan)們進行考(kao)核。參訓學(xue)員(yuan)紛紛表示,將以本次研究班(ban)為(wei)新的(de)起點(dian),進一步加強理(li)論(lun)學(xue)習(xi),重塑勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育觀,為(wei)所屬高職院校開展勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)教育工(gong)作貢獻力(li)量;并希望(wang)這(zhe)樣的(de)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓能夠制度化、常態化,進一步豐(feng)富(fu)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓內容,在條件允許的(de)情況下(xia)(xia),安排線下(xia)(xia)培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓課,加入(ru)動(dong)手實踐實操環節(jie),將勞(lao)(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)精神貫穿師資培(pei)(pei)(pei)訓始終。
