教科文職業教育創新中心項目評估國際研討會圓滿閉幕

9月5日上午,教科文職業(ye)教育創(chuang)新中心項目(mu)評估(gu)國(guo)際研討(tao)會閉(bi)幕(mu)式在我校留仙洞校區(qu)舉行(xing)。聯合國(guo)教科文組織職業(ye)教育創(chuang)新中心項目(mu)專(zhuan)家(jia)、肯尼亞大(da)裂谷(gu)技術培訓學(xue)院的同行(xing)評審專(zhuan)家(jia)以及學(xue)校領導等出席會議(yi)。

會上教科文組織(zhi)項(xiang)目專(zhuan)家首先說(shuo)明學(xue)校(xiao)的評估流程、工(gong)具與結(jie)果,并對結(jie)果進(jin)(jin)行了解讀。肯尼亞(ya)大裂谷技術培(pei)訓學(xue)院校(xiao)長(chang)對于同(tong)行評審的結(jie)果進(jin)(jin)行了說(shuo)明并提出(chu)未來(lai)雙方合作意向(xiang)。最后副(fu)校(xiao)長(chang)李月作總結(jie)講話。

教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文組(zu)織專(zhuan)家(jia)彼得.格林伍德和簡?彼得?甘特?德奧特羅根(gen)據(ju)在研討(tao)會不(bu)同環節采集(ji)的(de)(de)評估(gu)(gu)證據(ju),運用項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)工(gong)(gong)具和統(tong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)(gong)具,經(jing)(jing)過綜(zong)合(he)(he)分析(xi)給出(chu)評估(gu)(gu)結論(lun):學校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)綜(zong)合(he)(he)評估(gu)(gu)數據(ju)結果呈(cheng)現在第四(si)象限,說(shuo)明學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)已經(jing)(jing)居領(ling)先位置。四(si)個評估(gu)(gu)維(wei)(wei)度(du)(領(ling)導力(li)與(yu)組(zu)織行(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)學、產(chan)品與(yu)服務、能(neng)力(li)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)生(sheng)態(tai)系統(tong))的(de)(de)評估(gu)(gu)數據(ju)都(dou)很突出(chu),其(qi)中(zhong)領(ling)導力(li)與(yu)組(zu)織行(xing)(xing)為(wei)(wei)維(wei)(wei)度(du)表現最(zui)為(wei)(wei)突出(chu)。學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)內(nei)(nei)容豐(feng)富,反映了(le)學校(xiao)(xiao)在創新(xin)(xin)(xin)創業(ye)(ye)(ye)上取得的(de)(de)驕人業(ye)(ye)(ye)績。學校(xiao)(xiao)編(bian)制的(de)(de)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)行(xing)(xing)動(dong)(dong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃符合(he)(he)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)對(dui)行(xing)(xing)動(dong)(dong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃的(de)(de)框架要(yao)求,與(yu)學校(xiao)(xiao)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)評估(gu)(gu)結果反映的(de)(de)需要(yao)改進(jin)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)吻(wen)合(he)(he),已經(jing)(jing)提出(chu)了(le)解決方案(an)(an),方向(xiang)正確,行(xing)(xing)動(dong)(dong)得力(li),已經(jing)(jing)達(da)到教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文組(zu)織職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)要(yao)求。希(xi)望(wang)學校(xiao)(xiao)以后在校(xiao)(xiao)內(nei)(nei)推廣(guang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)的(de)(de)評估(gu)(gu)工(gong)(gong)具對(dui)學校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)創新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做(zuo)出(chu)自我評估(gu)(gu),發現不(bu)足(zu),做(zuo)好反思,追求進(jin)步。繼續(xu)做(zuo)好項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)自評報告(gao)和創新(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)修(xiu)改工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),推進(jin)實施創新(xin)(xin)(xin)行(xing)(xing)動(dong)(dong)計(ji)(ji)(ji)劃,在虛擬平(ping)臺上推廣(guang)深(shen)職(zhi)(zhi)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)和方案(an)(an),未來與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文組(zu)織合(he)(he)作(zuo)面向(xiang)亞太地區推廣(guang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)文組(zu)織職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育創新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)心(xin)(xin)項(xiang)(xiang)目(mu),傳播“深(shen)職(zhi)(zhi)案(an)(an)例(li)(li)”、“中(zhong)國方案(an)(an)”。

肯尼亞大(da)裂谷技術(shu)培訓學(xue)院(yuan)校(xiao)長埃德溫?M?塔諾對我校(xiao)本次國(guo)際研討會高(gao)效、有序、充(chong)分(fen)的(de)組織工作給予高(gao)度贊賞,對于學(xue)校(xiao)取得的(de)各項創(chuang)新(xin)成就倍感欽佩,對于學(xue)校(xiao)提出(chu)的(de)創(chuang)新(xin)行動計劃高(gao)度評價,同時提出(chu)與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)簽署合作框架協議,雙方共(gong)(gong)享典(dian)型創(chuang)新(xin)案例,開展(zhan)教師(shi)(shi)交換項目,共(gong)(gong)同開發企業(ye)教師(shi)(shi)職(zhi)(zhi)稱,引(yin)進華(hua)為與(yu)學(xue)校(xiao)開發的(de)教學(xue)模(mo)式和(he)資格認證,在肯尼亞共(gong)(gong)建“深圳職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)技術(shu)學(xue)院(yuan)國(guo)際創(chuang)新(xin)中心”等合作意向。

李月代表(biao)學(xue)(xue)校對聯合國(guo)教(jiao)科文組(zu)織(zhi)職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心項(xiang)目(mu)團(tuan)隊和(he)肯(ken)尼亞(ya)大(da)裂谷技(ji)術(shu)培訓學(xue)(xue)院各位專家(jia)的(de)精心指(zhi)導和(he)辛勤付出表(biao)示衷心感謝。李月說,通過專家(jia)的(de)獨特視角、科學(xue)(xue)工(gong)具(ju)讓(rang)我們(men)看到(dao)了國(guo)際視野中(zhong)(zhong)深圳職(zhi)(zhi)業技(ji)術(shu)學(xue)(xue)院的(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)風貌,也讓(rang)我們(men)看到(dao)了深職(zhi)(zhi)院不僅(jin)在中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)國(guo)內具(ju)有(you)領先優勢(shi),在國(guo)際職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)界也同樣具(ju)有(you)較為顯著的(de)競(jing)爭(zheng)(zheng)優勢(shi)。專家(jia)對學(xue)(xue)校的(de)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)褒獎將(jiang)轉化(hua)為我校繼續(xu)開展創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)發展的(de)源(yuan)源(yuan)動(dong)力(li)(li)。下一步,我們(men)將(jiang)把專家(jia)評估(gu)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)建(jian)(jian)議融入(ru)學(xue)(xue)校的(de)《創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)行動(dong)計劃》當中(zhong)(zhong),在各項(xiang)工(gong)作中(zhong)(zhong)貫徹(che)實施。學(xue)(xue)校也將(jiang)會(hui)不遺余力(li)(li)按(an)照(zhao)進度計劃保質(zhi)保量地完成后續(xu)的(de)項(xiang)目(mu)工(gong)作。爭(zheng)(zheng)取在不遠(yuan)的(de)將(jiang)來(lai)建(jian)(jian)設成為教(jiao)科文組(zu)織(zhi)職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心的(de)示范院校,向國(guo)際職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)界貢獻更多的(de)“深職(zhi)(zhi)案(an)例”和(he)“中(zhong)(zhong)國(guo)方案(an)”。
