學(xue)校第(di)(di)六屆(jie)(jie)教代(dai)(dai)會暨第(di)(di)七(qi)屆(jie)(jie)工代(dai)(dai)會第(di)(di)三次會議在留仙洞校區舉行。
1月(yue)15日,學校第六(liu)屆教代(dai)會(hui)(hui)暨第七屆工代(dai)會(hui)(hui)第三(san)次會(hui)(hui)議在留仙(xian)洞校區圖書館報告廳隆重舉(ju)行。校領導陳秋(qiu)明、楊平、唐曉鳴(ming)、馬曉明、董朝(chao)君、李(li)月(yue)出席(xi)會(hui)(hui)議。本次大會(hui)(hui)應出席(xi)正式(shi)代(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)138人,實際到會(hui)(hui)116名,列席(xi)代(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)40名,特邀代(dai)表(biao)(biao)(biao)2名。
陳秋明(ming)所作(zuo)(zuo)題為《聚焦(jiao)重點,狠抓落實,開啟(qi)中國特色(se)世(shi)界(jie)一(yi)流職業院(yuan)校建設新征程》的行(xing)政工作(zuo)(zuo)報(bao)告。
會(hui)議(yi)聽取(qu)了黨(dang)委(wei)書(shu)記陳秋明所作(zuo)的(de)《聚焦重(zhong)點,狠抓落(luo)實(shi),開啟中國(guo)(guo)特色世界(jie)一流職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)建設(she)新(xin)(xin)征(zheng)程》的(de)行(xing)政工(gong)作(zuo)報告,與會(hui)代表在(zai)討論審議(yi)中認為,2018年在(zai)黨(dang)委(wei)的(de)正確(que)領導下(xia),學校(xiao)(xiao)以習近平(ping)新(xin)(xin)時代中國(guo)(guo)特色社會(hui)主義思想和黨(dang)的(de)十九(jiu)大精神為指導,堅決貫(guan)徹落(luo)實(shi)國(guo)(guo)家(jia)和省市重(zhong)大決策部署,團結(jie)帶領廣大教(jiao)職(zhi)員工(gong),聚焦重(zhong)點,狠抓落(luo)實(shi),開啟中國(guo)(guo)特色世界(jie)一流職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao)建設(she)新(xin)(xin)征(zheng)程,較好地(di)完(wan)成(cheng)了各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)任(ren)務,成(cheng)效顯著(zhu)。報告圍繞建設(she)中國(guo)(guo)特色世界(jie)一流職(zhi)業(ye)院校(xiao)(xiao),全(quan)面(mian)部署2019年的(de)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo),目標明確(que),重(zhong)點突出,任(ren)務具體,舉措有力(li),切實(shi)可行(xing)。
會(hui)(hui)議(yi)聽(ting)取(qu)了學(xue)校黨委副(fu)書記(ji)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)主(zhu)席楊平所作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)《服務職工(gong)(gong)(gong),突出主(zhu)業,在一流校建設中(zhong)深化工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)改(gai)革(ge)》的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)報(bao)告。會(hui)(hui)議(yi)認(ren)為,工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)過(guo)去的(de)一年圍(wei)繞學(xue)校中(zhong)心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),深化工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)體制機(ji)制改(gai)革(ge),凝心(xin)聚力(li),履職盡責(ze),為學(xue)校的(de)發展和穩(wen)定(ding)發揮(hui)了重要作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用。報(bao)告對2019年工(gong)(gong)(gong)會(hui)(hui)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)部署突出主(zhu)業主(zhu)責(ze),思(si)路清晰(xi),措施(shi)得當(dang),切合實際。
會(hui)議書面審議了學校財(cai)務(wu)工作報(bao)告、教代(dai)會(hui)提(ti)案工作報(bao)告。大會(hui)安排(pai)了兩個單元(yuan)的(de)時間讓代(dai)表(biao)們充分討論(lun)、發表(biao)意見(jian),安排(pai)了組織人(ren)(ren)事處(chu)、教務(wu)處(chu)、科(ke)研(yan)處(chu)、財(cai)務(wu)處(chu)、質量保障中心、后勤基建處(chu)等職能部門派工作人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)旁聽了教學部門代(dai)表(biao)團的(de)分組討論(lun),詳細記(ji)錄來自教學科(ke)研(yan)一線代(dai)表(biao)們的(de)意見(jian)建議。

會議審議并通過了《行政工作報告》、《工會工作報告》、《財務工作報告》、《教代會提案工作報告》。表決通(tong)過了《第(di)六屆教代(dai)會暨第(di)七屆工代(dai)會第(di)三次會議決議》。
會議(yi)表決通過了《第六屆教代會暨第七屆工代會第三次會議(yi)決議(yi)》。
閉幕式上,副校長(chang)唐曉(xiao)鳴宣(xuan)讀了2018年工(gong)(gong)會先進(jin)集(ji)體(ti)和(he)個人、上次教代會優秀(xiu)提案(an)、提案(an)承辦(ban)先進(jin)單(dan)位(后勤基建處(chu))的表彰決定。陳(chen)秋明、唐曉(xiao)鳴分別為先進(jin)分工(gong)(gong)會、優秀(xiu)工(gong)(gong)會干部(bu)、工(gong)(gong)會積極分子(zi)代表和(he)第一(yi)提案(an)人、后勤基建處(chu)頒獎。
陳秋(qiu)明在閉(bi)幕式上發表(biao)(biao)了熱情洋溢的(de)(de)講話。他首先(xian)代表(biao)(biao)學校(xiao)對大會的(de)(de)圓滿召開和獲(huo)得表(biao)(biao)彰的(de)(de)單位(wei)和個人(ren)表(biao)(biao)示熱烈祝賀,向積(ji)極為(wei)學校(xiao)改革發展建(jian)言獻(xian)策(ce)的(de)(de)各位(wei)代表(biao)(biao)表(biao)(biao)示衷心(xin)的(de)(de)感(gan)謝(xie)。對大會取得的(de)(de)成效予以充分肯定。
陳秋明說,2019年是學校全(quan)(quan)面推進(jin)中國(guo)特色世(shi)界一流職(zhi)業院(yuan)校建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)關鍵之年,也是我們貫(guan)徹落實“職(zhi)教20條(tiao)”、全(quan)(quan)力備戰職(zhi)業教育“雙特高”建(jian)(jian)設(she)的(de)重要(yao)一年,迫切(qie)需(xu)要(yao)更加廣泛(fan)地團結(jie)凝聚全(quan)(quan)校教職(zhi)工(gong)的(de)智慧和力量,因(yin)此(ci),學校教代(dai)會(hui)工(gong)作、各級工(gong)會(hui)組(zu)織(zhi)肩(jian)負(fu)著重大(da)而光榮的(de)歷史使命。
陳(chen)秋明提出四(si)點要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)求:第一(yi)(yi)、筑牢(lao)政(zheng)治靈(ling)魂,牢(lao)牢(lao)把(ba)(ba)握(wo)正確辦學(xue)(xue)方(fang)向。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)把(ba)(ba)學(xue)(xue)習貫(guan)徹習近平新時(shi)代中國特色(se)社(she)會主義思想作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)首要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)政(zheng)治任(ren)務(wu)(wu)。 二是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)(mian)貫(guan)徹黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)教育方(fang)針。解決好(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)“為(wei)(wei)(wei)誰培(pei)(pei)養(yang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),培(pei)(pei)養(yang)什么人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren),如何培(pei)(pei)養(yang)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)”的(de)(de)(de)首要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)問題,積(ji)極投(tou)身“十(shi)大(da)育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng),培(pei)(pei)育德(de)智體美勞全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)(mian)發展的(de)(de)(de)社(she)會主義建設(she)者(zhe)(zhe)和接班(ban)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)培(pei)(pei)育和踐(jian)行社(she)會主義核心價(jia)值觀。引導(dao)廣大(da)教職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)做(zuo)社(she)會主義核心價(jia)值觀的(de)(de)(de)堅(jian)定信仰(yang)者(zhe)(zhe)、積(ji)極傳(chuan)播(bo)者(zhe)(zhe)和模范(fan)踐(jian)行者(zhe)(zhe)。第二、永葆(bao)先進活力(li),聚(ju)焦一(yi)(yi)流(liu)院校(xiao)(xiao)建設(she)目(mu)(mu)標。要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)牢(lao)固樹立(li)主人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)翁意識(shi),牢(lao)固樹立(li)“校(xiao)(xiao)興我(wo)榮(rong)、校(xiao)(xiao)衰(shuai)我(wo)恥”的(de)(de)(de)觀念(nian),立(li)足本職,愛(ai)崗敬業(ye),把(ba)(ba)精力(li)用在(zai)教書育人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)上(shang)、用在(zai)科研創新上(shang)、用在(zai)管理服務(wu)(wu)上(shang),將自己置于學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)發展之中,把(ba)(ba)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)標作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)(wei)(wei)自己的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)(mu)標,把(ba)(ba)學(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)當(dang)成自己的(de)(de)(de)事業(ye),不貪圖名利、不計較(jiao)得失,全(quan)(quan)(quan)身心地(di)投(tou)入(ru)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),全(quan)(quan)(quan)力(li)以(yi)赴地(di)完成任(ren)務(wu)(wu)。各(ge)位代表要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)永葆(bao)先進活力(li),率先垂范(fan)、以(yi)身作(zuo)(zuo)則,帶著動力(li)和責任(ren)上(shang)崗,肩負(fu)壓(ya)力(li)和使命前(qian)行,做(zuo)一(yi)(yi)流(liu)院校(xiao)(xiao)建設(she)的(de)(de)(de)宣傳(chuan)者(zhe)(zhe)、推動者(zhe)(zhe)、實踐(jian)者(zhe)(zhe),帶動全(quan)(quan)(quan)校(xiao)(xiao)教職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)形成人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)皆愿為(wei)(wei)(wei)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)皆可為(wei)(wei)(wei)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)皆能(neng)為(wei)(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)良好(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)局面(mian)(mian)。第三(san)、強(qiang)化以(yi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)(ren)為(wei)(wei)(wei)本,發揮(hui)教代會工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)代會的(de)(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)作(zuo)(zuo)用。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)制(zhi)度建設(she)。二是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)提案工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。三(san)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)創新。切實履行好(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)教代會四(si)項職權和工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)會的(de)(de)(de)四(si)項職能(neng)。四(si)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)隊伍建設(she)。第四(si)、加(jia)強(qiang)黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)建設(she),提供堅(jian)強(qiang)政(zheng)治保障。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)堅(jian)持黨(dang)的(de)(de)(de)領導(dao)。二是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)全(quan)(quan)(quan)面(mian)(mian)建立(li)“第一(yi)(yi)議題”制(zhi)度。三(san)是(shi)(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)(yao)抓好(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)黨(dang)建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與業(ye)務(wu)(wu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)深度融合。四(si)是(shi)(shi)加(jia)強(qiang)黨(dang)風廉(lian)政(zheng)建設(she)和反(fan)腐敗工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。
