11月26-27日,以“數字(zi)職教(jiao)建(jian)設 共(gong)商共(gong)建(jian)共(gong)享(xiang)”為主題的2020年(nian)“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)國(guo)際研討(tao)會(hui)(hui)在深圳(zhen)召開。來自26個國(guo)家(jia)和地(di)區政府部門、院校機(ji)構、行業(ye)企業(ye)的近(jin)300名(ming)專家(jia)學者齊聚線上線下(xia),共(gong)商數字(zi)經濟時代“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”國(guo)家(jia)職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)的機(ji)遇與挑(tiao)戰,發(fa)布了《深圳(zhen)倡議》。這是(shi)繼2018年(nian)首(shou)次 “一(yi)帶一(yi)路”職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)國(guo)際研討(tao)會(hui)(hui)成功舉辦以來,職業(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)領(ling)域(yu)的又(you)一(yi)場高規格(ge)國(guo)際盛會(hui)(hui)。

凝聚數字職教共識 深化數字職教實踐 加快共商共建共享
中國職業技術教育學會會長魯昕發表致辭。
魯昕在(zai)致辭(ci)中談到,今年(nian)以來,全(quan)球疫情(qing)蔓延,世界(jie)經濟低(di)迷,隨著(zhu)新(xin)(xin)一輪科(ke)技革(ge)命和產業變革(ge)深(shen)(shen)(shen)入(ru)發展,國際力量對(dui)比深(shen)(shen)(shen)刻(ke)調整,和平(ping)的發展仍然是時(shi)代的主題,人(ren)類命運共同(tong)體(ti)的理念深(shen)(shen)(shen)入(ru)人(ren)心。在(zai)此背景(jing)下,堅定不移的深(shen)(shen)(shen)化(hua)改革(ge)、擴大開放(fang)顯(xian)得尤為重要。統籌國內國際兩個大局,科(ke)學應變、主動(dong)求變,是中國面(mian)臨新(xin)(xin)的國際形(xing)勢(shi)和環境形(xing)勢(shi)作出的戰略安排(pai)。
魯昕以詳實的(de)(de)(de)數據梳理了自2013年(nian)“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”合作倡(chang)議提(ti)出以來,教育領域(yu)取得的(de)(de)(de)各項顯著成就,并表(biao)示中國(guo)職業(ye)教育應繼續(xu)圍繞共建“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”,對(dui)接所在(zai)國(guo)家的(de)(de)(de)產業(ye)需求,通(tong)過(guo)學歷教育與(yu)職業(ye)培訓相結(jie)合的(de)(de)(de)方式,培養(yang)更多高素質的(de)(de)(de)技術技能人才。
在簡要(yao)闡述了中國(guo)(guo)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)會對(dui)接(jie)科技進步(bu)、深化(hua)產教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)融(rong)合的具體(ti)舉措后,魯昕(xin)表示,學(xue)會將充分(fen)利用“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路(lu)”職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育國(guo)(guo)際研討會平臺(tai),積極發揮新時代智(zhi)庫型(xing)學(xue)會作用,愿與(yu)“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路(lu)”沿線(xian)各(ge)國(guo)(guo)、各(ge)地區一(yi)起,凝(ning)聚(ju)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)共(gong)(gong)識,深化(hua)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)實踐,加(jia)快數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)共(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)享,共(gong)(gong)同應對(dui)當前職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)發展(zhan)的全(quan)球挑戰,推動構建人(ren)類命運共(gong)(gong)同體(ti)。魯昕(xin)提出,此次會議聯合26個國(guo)(guo)家(jia)和地區發布《深圳倡議》,必將為全(quan)面實現職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)轉型(xing)、數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)升級、數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)發展(zhan)和數(shu)字(zi)(zi)(zi)化(hua)建設,凝(ning)聚(ju)共(gong)(gong)識,指明方(fang)向,為推動“一(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)路(lu)”域內國(guo)(guo)家(jia)和地區職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育高質量發展(zhan)做(zuo)出更大的貢(gong)獻。

Soo-Hyang Choi表示,今年(nian)的大會(hui)將主(zhu)題(ti)定為“數字(zi)(zi)職教(jiao)”正當其時(shi)。數字(zi)(zi)化是近(jin)年(nian)來職教(jiao)領域面臨的重(zhong)大變化與(yu)挑戰,疫情期(qi)間網絡教(jiao)學的廣泛應(ying)(ying)用(yong),也表明數字(zi)(zi)技(ji)術能為學習者創造(zao)更多元、更靈活(huo)的學習體驗(yan)。她(ta)同時(shi)指出,數字(zi)(zi)職教(jiao)不僅僅只是新(xin)技(ji)術的引入與(yu)應(ying)(ying)用(yong),還應(ying)(ying)注重(zhong)促進創新(xin)和(he)改變思維方(fang)式。她(ta)感(gan)謝(xie)會(hui)議主(zhu)辦方(fang)為“一(yi)(yi)帶一(yi)(yi)路”職業教(jiao)育搭(da)建了(le)國際(ji)交流與(yu)合(he)作的平臺,希望與(yu)會(hui)嘉賓能利用(yong)這(zhe)次機會(hui),互學互鑒數字(zi)(zi)職教(jiao)建設的獨到見解與(yu)先進經(jing)驗(yan)。
